  • Usage Records: Operation logs of account opening, top-ups, advertising, risk-control alerts, etc.

2. How We Use Information

We only use the collected information to:

  • Open and maintain your advertising accounts and BM;
  • Complete KYC/compliance verification with upstream platforms;
  • Perform top-up reconciliation and issue invoices;
  • Conduct security risk control and monitor abnormal behavior;
  • Send you service-related business notifications.

3. Information Sharing

Except as described below, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party:

  • Submitting compliance materials to upstream authorized agents to open Meta, TikTok and other platform accounts;
  • Cooperating with payment channels to complete anti-money-laundering (AML) checks;
  • Disclosing information to competent authorities in accordance with laws, regulations or regulatory requirements.

4. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

Your data is mainly stored on servers in Hong Kong and Singapore. For compliance purposes, data may be transferred between regions. We commit that any cross-border transfer complies with applicable legal requirements and is protected by encryption.

5. Data Retention Period

Data is retained while the account is active; after account cancellation, it is retained for 7 years as required by law, after which it will be irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

7. Minors

This platform does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please do not register or use this platform.

This policy may be updated as business or regulations change. Material changes will be notified by email or Telegram. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.
