Article 1 Acceptance of Agreement
By registering for, accessing or using the Acctable platform (including all sites, clients and APIs under acctable.net), you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term, please stop using the Services immediately.
Acctable Limited (hereinafter "we") reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The amended terms take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. We recommend that you review this Agreement periodically.

- "Platform" refers to the ad-account management platform, self-built Dashboard, partner interfaces and any extended services operated by Acctable.
- "Account" refers to the advertising account registered and activated by us after review (including Facebook accounts, TikTok accounts, top-up sub-accounts, etc.).
- "Services" refer to account opening, top-up reconciliation, compliance consulting, technical support and related operational support services.
Article 3 Account Registration and User Obligations
You undertake to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering and to update it promptly when changes occur. Accounts and passwords are for your use only and may not be transferred, lent or sold. If you discover unusual login activity or security vulnerabilities, please notify security@acctable.net immediately.
You may not use this platform for any promotional activities that violate applicable laws, platform policies or third-party platform rules, including but not limited to: prohibited-category promotion, false advertising, click fraud, or infringement-related advertising.
Article 4 Compliance and Identity Verification
Due to requirements from upstream platforms such as Meta and TikTok, we may request identity or business verification materials at any time (including business licenses, ID cards, address proof, beneficial-owner declarations, etc.). Failure to provide such materials within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
You represent and warrant that neither you nor any beneficial owner is on any sanctions list, that funds are legally sourced, and that this platform will not be used for any business involving sanctioned countries.
Article 5 Fees, Payment and Refunds
Service fees are based on the platform quotation or other mutual agreement. We reserve the right to adjust rates and will notify you in advance.
We support credit card, wire transfer, USDT and other payment methods. You are responsible for any bank fees or on-chain miner fees incurred during payment.
Refund requests must be confirmed with us in advance. Unauthorized bank chargebacks will be deemed a material breach and may trigger account freezing and recovery measures.
Article 6 Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the platform and all its content (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, copywriting and data) belong to Acctable Limited or the relevant rights holders. We only grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use them; you may not copy, modify, redistribute or use them for any commercial resale scenario.
Article 7 Disclaimer
This platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor are we liable for policy changes, unilateral restrictions or termination by upstream third-party platforms (such as Meta and TikTok).
Article 8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this platform. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us in the past 12 months.
Article 9 Termination of Agreement
You may apply to cancel your account at any time via Telegram, email or platform features. We may also terminate cooperation unilaterally based on compliance requirements, business adjustments or breach of contract. After termination, account balances will be handled in accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement.
Article 10 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with the then-effective arbitration rules. The governing law is the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
